Where do they all come from? Where are they all headed?
We followed them and we now know most of them are simply passing through.
A bypass would be welcome by them and by us.

Those who want to widen the downtown streets tell us that most of these trucks are local or they are needing to come downtown because they are making local stops. The cement mixer truck is obviously from the south end of Goshen. This cement company is very close to the south city limit and it could really save time and fuel by catching a US 33 and "Goshen Bypass" to deliver its outlying orders. Who can say where the 151 Line and Pie rig came from or where they plan to make their delivery. We expect to see lots of them on the Toll Road. We hate to see them on our downtown neighborhood streets. Unfortunately, Indiana hasn't built north-south toll roads or freeways. As a result, every local highway gets more than its comfortable share of these rigs.
