Double Trouble
Drivers in Goshen know that when they see one of these approaching, the
other half can't be far behind. If you are trapped at a stoplight when
this guy has to turn toward you, you better know how to hit reverse in
a hurry and hope the line behind you isn't too long. The Goshen area has
hundreds of factories making every kind of mobile home, manufactured home,
and recreational vehicle. The state legislators keep passing laws to allow
wider and wider houses to routinely drive by our own houses. Somebody down
state must be made to realize that cities need bypasses if this is what
is supposed to travel on our streets by the dozens every day.
Goshen has the dubious distinction of being
"The town where you could be killed by house
as you cross Main Street" mb.
