| If given a choice, shoppers are more apt to shop where things are designed
for people rather than for trucks. The Goshen Chamber of Commerce, the
Mayor, the City Council, and INDOT has a plan to move this traffic one
block west (to Third Street). Many of Goshen's concerned citizens would
rather see a bypass. We see the widening of the thoroughfare as a shortsighted
proposal that is too little too late. |
