Missouri Craftsmen 1967

Marvin Bartel, Missouri Craftsmen 1967

This exhibition of crafts is composed of works by craftsmen members of the Missouri Craftsmen’s Council. It has been assembled to serve as an integral part of the state-wide program of the Missouri State Council on the Arts to aid in the development and enlargement of Missouri’s visual arts.

It is hoped that the opportunity provided here will result in a wider awareness of the craftsman’s aims toward high quality and thereby create a favorable climate for the growth of fine craft production, use, and appreciation throughout the state.
